- We are looking for a cook to work 18 hours over two days per week (alternate weekends and mid week) in our kitchen. With additional overtime for holiday cover. Hours of work are 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Shifts to be worked over a four week cycle including weekends You will be required to plan, prepare and cook all meals, snacks, drinks, buffets or party food. You will be responsible for stock taking, ordering, safe storage of all food and the cleanliness of the kitchen, store rooms and serving areas. Completing all necessary documents in accordance with Food Hygiene. Ensure all food is labelled clearly at all times. DBS Check is essential or a Clear Transferable DBS 2 references will be required if you are successful Reference ID: Chef/Cook Part-time hours: 18 plus Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £9.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Observing Public Health England guidance whilst current COVID-19 restrictions are in force.
